An important step after ELAM Solutions has been updated is to clear your browser cache. The cache stores temporary data to improve the loading speed of your most visited websites. However, when ELAM Solutions is updated, outdated information in the cache can cause problems.

Here is a guide on how to clear the cache in the most common browsers.

Clear Google Chrome Browser Cache

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser
  3. Click on "Delete Browsing Data..."
  4. Click on "Advanced" if not selected automatically
  5. Select "All time" in the time range and then click on "Delete Data"

Clear Edge Browser Cache

  1. Open Edge
  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your browser
  3. Select "Settings"
  4. Select "Privacy, Search, and Services"
  5. Under "Clear Browsing Data", click on "Choose what to clear"
  6. Select "All time" in the time range, and click on "Clear Now"

Chromium Browser Cache (On SWA Client)

  1. Quit the fullscreen mode by attaching a keyboard and clicking "F11" or swipe down from the top of the monitor (touch screen monitor)
  2. Hold the chromium symbol in the top left corner (or right click) and click on "New Window with a Temporary Profile"
  3. Click on the three dots on the top right corner of the browser
  4. Click on "Delete browsing data..."
  5. Click on "Advanced" if not selected automatically
  6. Select "All time" in the time range and click on "Delete Data".
