Remote Support

This section assumes that you need remote support and have direct contact with our customer service representatives. In this case, we can help you remotely .

To get TeamViewer support on your computer:

  1. Start TeamViewer or install TeamViewer QuickSupport on your computer at: https://www.teamviewer.com/de/info/quicksupport/
  2. Provide our service representatives with your TeamViewer ID and password
  3. Share the remote control

To get TeamViewer support for your SWA (Smart Work Assistant):

  1. Minimize ELAM Assistant
  2. Click on the TeamViewer icon in the left menu
  3. Provide our service representatives with your TeamViewer ID and password
  4. Allow Remote Interaction once the Remote desktop popup opens
  5. Click the Share button
