This article describes which data can be evaluated on the Components page.

List of components

The list of components shows all the components that have been entered in the ELAM assistant during assembly. The following steps must be used so that the components are displayed in the list.

• SmartLabels
• SmartTower
• Pick to Light
• Scan step with the "Components" scanner mode

Each component is automatically linked to a product. Click on the component to load and display the product history. You can use the search function to search for specific information.

Explanation of the list

The following information is displayed in the list of components:

1. Recorded on - is the time stamp when the component was recorded.
2. Step type - is the respective type of step that was used for the recording. The system automatically enters the name of the step type as the designation (SmartLabel, SmartTower, Pick to Light or Scan).
3. Step task - is the text that is entered in the flowchart editor in the "Task" field for each step.
4. Component ID - is the component ID that is stored on the "Components" page in ELAM Administration.
5. Scan value - is the actual scan value that was recorded in the ELAM assistant. In the "SmartLabel, SmartTower and Pick to Light" steps, the field is always empty as no scan value can be recorded.
6. Quantity - is the removal quantity of components per step. For scan steps, the number is always =1. For SmartLabels, SmartTower and Pick to Light, the number corresponds to the target removal quantity entered in the flowchart editor.
7. Status - is the status of the step (OK or Manual OK).
8. Product serial number - is the serial number of the product that is entered in the ELAM wizard at the start of the product launch.
9. Product order number - is the order number of the product that is entered in the ELAM assistant at the start of the product launch.
10. Variant ID - is the variant ID that is stored in ELAM Administration on the "Variant" page.

Note: The data for"Step type and step task" is not displayed in the list for components that were added before the feature update on 05.08.2024 - 17:00 CET.
